30-Day Defect & Malfunction Guarantee
At OrthoDove, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our orthopedic footwear. If your shoes arrive damaged, defective, or develop a functional issue within the first 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a return or replacement.
✅ Eligible Return Reasons
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

The shoes arrive visibly damaged.

The footwear is not functioning as intended (e.g., defective soles, broken straps, faulty closure).

There is a manufacturing defect confirmed by our support team.
❌ Ineligible Return Reasons
We do not accept returns for:

Shoes returned with excessive wear, signs of misuse, or missing parts.

Situations such as “I don’t want them anymore” or “I changed my mind.”

Returns initiated after the 30-day period.

Repeat returns or refund abuse tied to the same customer, shipping address, or payment method.

False claims (e.g., empty-box returns, fake tracking numbers, or product tampering).
🔁 Return Process

Contact our support team at OrthoDove@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos as evidence.

If approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.

Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🔍 Return Inspection Policy
Returned footwear must be:

In original condition without intentional damage or alterations.

Returned with all included accessories (insoles, laces, spacers, or inserts, if applicable).
All returns are subject to inspection. If misuse, tampering, or fraudulent claims are detected, no refund will be issued and future purchases may be restricted.
